Change the Sync Settings

1. Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts

2. Tap the Outlook account already set up

3. Select Mail Days to Sync

4. Choose No Limit

5. Then all your emails will sync automatically

 

Connect Outlook Account to the Stock Mail App

When the problem lies within all the emails, you may have overlooked and skipped connecting the Outlook account to the default Mail app.

1. Open the email you received from Microsoft

2. Tap "Continue using this email app" at the bottom of the email.


Turn on Fetch New Data

To fix Outlook not working on iPhone issue, perhaps the way your email fetches for new email is not properly set.

Go to Settings

Find and tap Passwords & Accounts

Select Fetch New Data

Turn on Push

This will push new emails from the server to your iPhone. Push is only available with certain email accounts.

Turn Off Do Not Disturb

The Do Not Disturb feature is also known to block all incoming emails. Usually, if you use the Do Not Disturb while driving or in a private meeting, your emails are also stuck and can’t go through.

Go to Settings on your iPhone

 Remove the Email and Set it up Again
